主要业绩： 邓琦，中共党员。天津市第一中心医院血液科主任医师、血液科二病区主任；硕士生导师。中国抗癌协会委员、中国中西医结合天津分会常委、天津市医疗健康学会常委，天津血液分会、中国抗癌协会、中国免疫生物技术学会、中国医药教育协会感染疾病专业委员会等协会委员。从事临床工作二十余年，擅长复发/难治恶性淋巴瘤、多发性骨髓瘤、急性白血病的CAR-T细胞治疗，并在该领域做了大量基础研究工作。临床方向擅长各种血液病的诊断和治疗、造血干细胞移植技术以及以恶性淋巴瘤及多发性骨髓瘤为主的恶性血液肿瘤的生物免疫治疗等等。自2008年开始在天津市率先开展了恶性血液病的细胞免疫治疗，应用于临床，获得良好临床疗效。近年来主持生物免疫治疗相关国内横向课题、局级攻关课题、局相关课题、院内课题多项，作为主要完成人参与国基金、局级课题多项、以第一及第三完成人获得天津市科技进步三等奖两项，主持多项细胞治疗GCP及临床前临床试验研究，开展淋巴瘤骨髓瘤细胞免疫治疗方向多项基础研究工作。特别是复发难治恶性淋巴瘤的CAR-T细胞治疗，具有丰富的临床经验及科研基础，参与制定2022年CSCO中国CAR-T细胞治疗恶性血液病共识。以第一或通讯作者在J Hematol Oncol，British Journal of Haematology，Frontiers in Immunology等期刊发表SCI论文40余篇、中华及核心期刊论文60余篇。曾培养的研究生获医科大学优秀研究生、国家奖学金、优秀毕业生等称号。
