主要业绩： 师德师风方面：天津市教学名师，同时荣获天津市教育系统劳动竞赛“示范岗”荣誉称号。2019年度校级优秀教师。一方面严格要求学生，教书育人，培养严谨科学作风，和追求真理的精神；另一方面，做学生的良师益友，关心爱护他们，解决他们的实际困难。

主要业绩： 从事医学检验高等教育和科研工作三十余年，研究领域包括食物过敏实验诊断、标记免疫方法学。兼任《实用检验医学杂志》常务编委，主编检验专业规划教材《临床免疫检验》（第三版和第四版），主编《标记免疫诊断试剂制备技术》，另参编医学检验教材或专著20余部。主持完成2项国家自然基金面上项目、1项国家“863”分支项目、1项滨海创新基金、2项天津市中小企业创新项目，主持多项IVD 企业横向课题。近三年获得国家技术发明专利2项，近五年发表国内外科学论文60余篇，获天津市知识产权创新创业发明与设计大赛一等奖、天津市知识产权创新创业发明与设计大赛专利创业奖，获天津市“教学名师”、天津市“教学先锋岗”称号。
