  • 主要业绩: 本人主要从事卫生统计学方法研究,研究方向为因果推断方法、纵向数据混杂因素控制方法、老年慢性病预防策略。近年来主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重大专项等国家级课题5项,省部级课题1项,发表科研论文近40篇,其中以第一或并列第一作者、通讯或并列通讯作者发表SCI论文25篇,累积影响因子130余分,最高影响因子9.701。具体业绩如下:
    1.师德师风
    本人作为硕士研究生导师以来,坚定理想信念,时刻将“培养社会主义合格建设者和接班人”为己任,做好学生的引导者和指路人。注重师德修养,严于律己,为人师表,教育思想端正,具有良好的职业道德。崇尚科学创新,不断汲取新知识,并融入到教学科研工作中。善于关爱学生,在培养研究生期间,坚持以学生的全面发展为本,注重学生综合素质的培养,关心爱护每一位学生,将思想政治教育工作融入学生的日常教育中。时刻牢记习总书记的教诲,做一名“有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实学识、有仁爱之心”的好老师。
